Receivables Performance Management (RPM) is excited to announce that it has completed some internal leadership changes at its headquarters in Lynnwood, Washington.

Chris Vittoz, the Chief Operating Officer will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Chris is highly qualified for this role having graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.

RPM, LLC, has also expanded its executive team by adding an industry veteran, Robert Rock. Robert has been added to the RPM team assuming Chris’s previous role of Chief Operating Officer. Robert Rock will lead and manage the RPM’s Operations team effective immediately.  Robert brings more than 15 years collection industry experience with him. Robert has worked for Fortune 100 financial services organizations and has held senior level collection roles. In 2008, Robert joined forces with one of the nation’s largest third party agencies and managed operations in both the US and India.

RPM is pleased to make this announcement and is positive the addition of Robert Rock to the operational leadership team will assist us in “Keeping our Promise” to all of our valued partners.

RPM is excited about several growth opportunities anticipated in 2014.  As a result of this, RPM has plans to add several other new operational leaders during the coming year.
