Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. (PCA), a global leader in compassionate recovery services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Winnington as a new member of PCA’s executive leadership team.  Mr. Winnington will serve as Vice President of Internal Audit/Risk & Controls for the company and will report directly to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Winnington joins PCA from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. where he was a Vice President within Asset Management.  He spent 10 years at JPMorgan serving in various operational management roles including heading a Risk and Control Oversight department for JP Morgan’s Institutional Client business.
