Ogden, Utah - Payment software solution PDCflow is proud to announce their 12th year attending the annual ACA International Convention & Expo. This year’s ACA conference is taking place from July 16 - 18 in Seattle, Washington, and is the largest event of its kind for those in the credit and collections industry. Representing PDCflow this year at booth 434 are Account Executive Jeremy Fong and Customer Success Specialist Matt Thomas.

“We always look forward to the annual ACA Convention and Expo,” says Matthew Snedden, Chief Operations Officer of PDCflow. “It provides a great opportunity to speak with our clients and colleagues about what is new in the software world to optimize workflows around compliance issues and increase efficiency.”

This year’s convention schedule will focus on legal trends in the industry, current information about regulations, and how agencies can keep collections secure through adoption of new technologies. In keeping with this theme, PDCflow will concentrate on educating current clients and new connections about their robust catalog of payment processing solutions that simplify workflow and speed up collections.

One such product, eSign+ Payments, is an electronic signature tool directly integrated with payment processing. PDCflow is PCI Level 1 compliant, with an electronic signature feature that satisfies Regulation E and NACHA ‘wet’ signature regulations.

Regulation E encompasses recurring electronic payments, such as ACH and debit cards, and requires an authorized “wet” signature. The proof of authorization must be identifiable as the consumer’s, and provide evidence of their identity and consent. In addition, a copy of the authorization must be sent to the consumer detailing the payment agreement and be kept on file for up to 2 years.

It is imperative that merchants comply with these regulations in order to avoid fines and prosecution. Because PDCflow’s digital signature product satisfies these requirements laid out in Regulation E, credit and collections professionals can collect their payments and payment authorizations sometimes within minutes of a request, and store the 100% compliant authorizations for future reference.

Fong and Thomas will be making appointments for demonstrations of eSign+ Payments, which is offered FREE when utilizing PDCflow’s ACH or Credit Card payment services, and the other products PDCflow has to offer. Those who sign up for a demonstration with PDCflow, (either at the convention or online, if not attending the ACA), will be entered into a drawing to win a $250 Amazon gift card. Additional entries into the drawing may be earned by following PDCflow on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Additional rules and information about the Amazon gift card giveaway may be found on the PDCflow events page.
