Troy, Mich. – TECH LOCK, a RevSpring company and trusted advisor for information technology and compliance services, is pleased to announce that Bryan Albertson, chief information officer at TECH LOCK, will be speaking on June 7 at the First Party Summit in Frisco, Texas.

Albertson will address the topic of what senior managers should know about security issues and audits.

The session “The 30 Security Questions and Security Audit Focus Points Included in RFIs, RFPs and Site Visits that Every Senior Manager should know and understand,” will attempt to answer the questions.

Michael Meyer, chief risk officer at MRS BPO LLC, a debt recovery company based in Cherry Hill, N.J., also will be leading this important session.

The topic is timely. Technology continues to evolve rapidly, meaning security policies need to be reviewed more often. Companies lacking strong standards can open themselves up to increased risk.

Albertson leads TECH LOCK’s Managed Services division. He has nearly 15 years of IT experience, mostly in the accounts receivables management space. He helps many leading ARM firms build IT infrastructure to increase security and efficiency while reducing risk and overall costs.

He has worked as director of Systems Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture at Sallie Mae Asset Performance Group, and as director of IT at Asset Acceptance Capital Corp.

Presented by insideARM, the First Party Summit is the ARM industry’s only event focused entirely on the unique challenges of first-party collections, outsourcing and customer care.
