Jacksonville water customers better get their accounts squared.


Councilmen will consider approval of a collection service agreement with American Collections and Credit for the collection of unpaid water accounts.


Records show the city received several proposals from collection agencies. American Collections handles the collections for numerous cities, including the city of Tyler water department.


“This company has vast experience in this realm of collection,” said Mayor Robert Haberle.
