Latitude Software has released Latitude version 7.0. This release represents several feature/functionality enhancements that will increase productivity, including Latitude Workflow, which allows users to fully automate the process of working an account from the time it is received until it is ultimately collected or sent back to the client.  

Here are some of the standard features found in the new 7.0 version:

  • The new “Work Flow Engine,” which is similar to work flow designer in Visio
  • Enhanced Error Notification – Allows real-time notification of errors within the software to Latitude’s support department.
  • Latitude Report Engine – Allows for real-time Crystal reporting.
  • Latitude Job Scheduler – Allows Latitude jobs to be built for unattended processing of:
  • Dialer campaigns
  • Interfacing to skip vendors such as LexisNexis, TransUnion, Experian and ID info
  • Imports/exports
  • Legal/agency management files

The new Work Flow Engine is our most innovative product that we are introducing. It enables you to plug in a series of steps which define automation routines through which accounts can be processed. Each work flow is defined by using the Visio style workflow designer.  Workflows begin as events fire off inside of Latitude, this allows for the workflows to run in real-time not waiting for overnight processing like other collection systems.
