The National Federation of Independent Business said on Tuesday that small-business optimism fell in March as a result of labor market weakening and a wane in sales expectations, according to Reuters.


Only 12% of businesses surveyed expected an increase in sales. The total represents a 16-point drop from February’s numbers.
