ACA International, the association of credit and collection professionals, is seeking immediate assistance in compiling important data to help ACA advocate for reforms of the Telephone Consumers Protection Act (TCPA) in Washington, D.C. This issue has been identified as one of the highest priority concerns of ACA membership.

ACA is asking for help in two very important ways:

  1. Click on this link and complete the brief electronic survey on TCPA to the best of your ability:  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TCPA2013. Complete only the questions for which you have answers and skip those for which you don’t. Be thorough; accuracy is paramount to helping us communicate clearly the impact of TCPA to with policymakers and others.

  2. Share the survey link and encourage participation from peers, colleagues and clients for whom these questions are relevant. Word of mouth to increase participation, regardless of whether they are ACA members, will greatly assist our efforts.

Please note that ACA is only interested in collecting the aggregate data and, as you will find when you participate and submit your data, we are not seeking the identity of participants. Therefore, you are assured of confidentiality.

Data collected will be analyzed for use in ACA’s communication and advocacy efforts to seek common sense reforms to TCPA.

If you have questions, please contact Mark Schiffman at (952) 259-2124 or schiffman@acainternational.org.
