ER Solutions Expands Phoenix Call Center

Seattle, WA ? ER Solutions, Inc., a Convergent Resources, Inc. Company, announced today that they have leased and have occupied 26,000 sq. ft. of space in The Brookwood Commerce Center, Glendale, AZ, a Phoenix suburb. Steve Hunter, ERS President said, ?This new center gives us the capacity for 250 FTE?s.?

Hunter continued, ?Phoenix has been an attractive location for us since we first opened there in October, 1993. It offers an appealing quality of life and therefore continues to be one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country.

According to Hunter, the new facility is highly advanced, utilizing the very latest in dialer technology and innovative telephony, ?We plan to use the new Phoenix center primarily to handle our growing telecommunications business,? said Hunter, ?but we will be careful to ramp-up slowly, bringing on additional business only when we are ready to handle it successfully.?
