(CI), a top national receivables management services corporation, who?s client partners include 7 of the top 10 credit card issuers in the United States as well as other nationally recognized companies, is proud to announce the April 29th, 2002 opening of its first International branch office, located in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. Bruce H. Gray, CI?s COO has been coordinating the Company?s overall expansion. Gray says the 12,000 square foot Canada office will encompass call center operations and is expected to house an additional 150 collection associates by years end.


CI?s President, David G. Young believes the additional space will allow CI to maintain its current growth trend of over 50% a year, as it has done for the last 4 years. In 2001, Creditors Interchange, Inc. received placements of $1.8 Billion and is trending to exceed $2.7 Billion dollars in 2002. Young also stated the expansion into Canada will enable CI to capitalize on an employment base of experienced collection professionals. The Canadian facility will initially be utilized to provide existing client partners with the service and results, they have come to expect, on their U.S. based business. In the future CI will also be positioned to offer existing and prospective client partners the same level of service for their applicable Canadian based business needs.


Creditors Interchange, Inc. currently operates two offices in Buffalo, New York, which employ over 500 people.
