Phillips & Cohen Associates, with operations spanning the US, UK and, Canada, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lance Phair to Executive Vice President of Global Recovery Strategy. Mr. Phair has served as Vice President of Phillips & Cohen Associates for the past nine years, delivering direct contribution to Phillips & Cohen’s exponential global growth through his management of the Analytics, MIS and Strategy teams.

Prior to serving with Phillips & Cohen Associates, Mr. Phair held key roles at JP Morgan Chase and Household Bank.  His wealth of industry knowledge, and focus on innovative, data-driven strategy as well as expert client focus will play a critical role in driving the next evolution of Phillips & Cohen’s continued global expansion.  Mr. Phair will be working directly with ownership to provide leadership across areas such as operational strategy, client services, process enhancement and support services with a focus on direct performance impact and innovation.
