European accounts receivable management firm Intrum Justitia announces that its CFO, Monika Elling, will assume the position of Regional Managing Director for Scandinavia as of 1 June 2009, taking over after acting Regional Managing Director Mats Göransson. The recruitment process for a new CFO has been initiated. During this transitional period Monika Elling will continue to be engaged in the role as CFO for the group.

Monika Elling joined Intrum Justitia as CFO in 2005. Before joining the group, she has held a number of various positions, amongst others as analyst at Enskilda Securities in Stockholm, CFO and COO of Arrow Lock Group in the U.S. and as responsible for business development for Securitas. Monika Elling is a Director of Björn Borg AB since April 2009. Monika Elling has a degree from Stockholm School of Economics combined with MBA studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, as well as a mechanical engineering degree from Teknikum Växjö.
