Pilat announced today that its Succession PulseTM software has received an endorsement by the American Hospital Association (AHA). AHA Solutions, Inc, a subsidiary of the AHA, selected Succession PulseTM for exclusive endorsement as the talent management solution for AHA member hospitals and health care organizations across the United States.

Hospitals are finding themselves faced with staffing shortages and need to maintain a high level of committed and talented caregivers. In response to these challenges, AHA endeavored to identify and review the leading talent management solutions in the market. After months of research and rigorous evaluation, AHA Solutions found that PilatÂ’s depth of experience and their unique and pragmatic approach to business process and data management is ideally suited to meet hospitals’ needs.

As a demonstration of their commitment to health care, Pilat is working closely with AHA Solutions to develop a pre-configured, health care-specific version of Succession PulseTM that will meet most health care organizationsÂ’ requirements. This AHA-endorsed application will provide software that can be rapidly implemented to assist hospitals with their workforce and succession planning.

”Succession planning is a key component of the talent management process that health care organizations need to embrace. If appropriately implemented, a succession plan will enable health care organizations to proactively identify and develop candidates for key leadership positions. Pilat’s Succession PulseTM software provides a solid foundation for health care organizations to not only manage their succession plans, but to identify talent gaps,” states Andrew Schoneich, assistant vice president Corporate Development for AHA Solutions.

”Pilat is delighted to have been selected for the AHA endorsement. Health care is such a critically important part of all our lives. Pilat is committed to playing its part in helping organizations plan for their futures; securing the very best talent to assure the health of our nation”, said Clinton Wingrove, CEO, Pilat (North America) Inc.
