KM² provides specialized collection programs nationwide and maintains offices in St. Lucia; Devon, Pennsylvania; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Decorah, Iowa.

KM² Solutions was formed by three leading collection/customer care executives: David Kreiss, Gary Myers, and Glen Myers. Prior to establishing KM² Solutions, these three Managing Partners had impressive backgrounds in the collections industry. David Kreiss founded OSI, where he served as President and CEO of the second largest collection agency in the industry. Gary Myers, was part owner of the 4th largest collection agency, Alliance One. Glen Myers, had acquired a small agency, East Coast Credit, and grew it to over $10 million in annual revenue, becoming a leading collection and “early out” receivables management firm focused on the financial services industry.

KM² chose the CRS Collection Resource System, Platinum Version to improve its debt collection efforts. The software is designed for high-end debt recovery businesses and automates the fundamental, yet most important functions of a collection operation from new business data entry through month end processing.

David Kreiss, Managing Partner of KM² said: “KM² interviewed many collection software vendors in our search for state-of-the-art collection software. After our extensive research and interviewing, we decided to purchase the CRS Platinum Edition, by CR Software. Not only were we impressed by the functionality of their current Platinum system, but we are very excited about the direction that CR Software is heading. The future looks very promising with the new Titanium 5.0 that CR Software will be launching. Once the decision was made to purchase CRS Platinum Edition, there was a true sense of partnership between the CRS implementation team and the implementation staff here at KM². The resources provided by CR Software, from installation to training, were impressive and they were able to resolve any issues as they arose. If we had the opportunity to do this again, there is no doubt that CR Software would still be our choice, and it has turned out to be a very successful partnership.”

“We look forward to our continued relationship with KM² to help them streamline their operations and maximize productivity,” said Edz Sturans, President of CR Software, Inc. “Our growth as a company is fueled not only by the strength and functionality of our software, but also by customers such as KM².”
