Debt Resolve, Inc., the first company to offer online tools for collecting and settling consumer debt, announced today Roxanne Bartley, Vice President, Sales, will give a workshop at the EUCI conference on Credit and Collections for Utilities.

The workshop, scheduled for September 23, 2005, will cover successful strategies for the selection and management of collection agencies. Ms. Bartley will draw on her ten years of experience in the collection industry to share insights on selecting and working with outside vendors.
