Citizens Bank Completes Transition to New Consumer Credit Card Issuer

First National Credit Card Center is the new consumer credit card issuer for Citizens Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Republic Bancorp, according to First National Credit Card Center President Stephen Eulie. Citizens Republic Bancorp Inc. is the 43rd largest bank holding company in the U.S. The Citizens Bank partnership represents one of the largest agent bank relationships in FNCCC’s portfolio.

"We are very excited about this new agent bank relationship, which was a result of Citizens Bank’s acquisition of Republic Bank last year," Eulie reported. "There is a large amount of opportunity for both institutions. Citizens Bank’s vast branch network, motivated sales staff, and existing customer base combined with FNCCC’s marketing and industry experience make this an industry leading partnership.
