Gwinnell brings more than 35 years of knowledge and experience in the industry. He will play an integral role in shaping the strategic direction for information technology efforts.

Gwinnell’s hiring comes at an important time, notes Affiliated Group President and CEO, Mark Neeb, IFCCE, CPA, MBA.

Michael Gwinnell joined TAG in early 2013.  He has been an IT Director, programmer, database specialist and network administrator for over 35 years in various industries ranging from retail and wholesale, to medical billing and clinic management, to labor and component tracking for a major railroad. His experience and expertise in the collections industry for the last 15 years has benefitted several major agencies. Michael also brings working knowledge of ISO27001, SAS70, and PCI certifications with him.  He will lead the exceptional IT staff at TAG in meeting and exceeding expectations.
