The “Look Forward” offer is for new and existing customers who purchase licenses to the Collector System in 2002 with a 5-year support commitment earning a dollar-for-dollar credit on future purchases with Columbia Ultimate on approved products, or 50 percent (of total purchase) cash back. Customers who commit to a 3-year support commitment will receive a 75 percent credit or a 30 percent cash rebate.

This offer includes a credit of 15 percent of their current license value toward approved Columbia Ultimate products if they purchase 10 or more new licenses in 2002 with a 5-year support commitment. Existing customers who commit to three years of support receive a credit equal to 10 percent of their current license value. Credits can be used on a long list of Columbia Ultimate’s products and services.
