INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Senex Financial Corp., a healthcare services company headquartered in Indianapolis, announced today that it’s Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, R. Matthew Neff, has been appointed an At-Large delegate to the 2005 White House Conference on Aging. Mr. Neff was appointed to serve in this capacity by the White House. The Governors of the States and Members of Congress had previously announced their appointment of delegates to the Conference.

The White House Conference on Aging is held every ten years, and is the forum used by the President and Congress to develop policy and legislative initiatives in response to the aging of the American population. Twelve hundred delegates from throughout the country will participate in the 2005 WHCoA, the fifth such conference in U.S history, at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC this December.

The 2005 WHCoA is mandated by the Older Americans Act to focus on the interests and needs of current senior citizens, as well as the 78 million Baby Boomers who will begin to turn 60 in 2006.

“We are pleased to invite these individuals to be part of the historic 2005 WHCoA,” said Dorcas R. Hardy, Chairman of the Policy Committee. “Their overall dedication and expertise, not to mention diversity and experience, will contribute to the success of the WHCoA and consequently to the future of aging in America.”
