Kinnesaw, GA and Portland, OR ? MicroBilt Corporation, a leading information provider that helps banks and businesses manage risk, announced today its selection of Qsent®, a leading provider of Contact Accuracy Services™ to provide MicroBilt with highly accurate, real-time contact authentication for its online automated credit authorization solution, CreditCommander.com™. Qsent’s service will be integrated to provide first-level identity validation, help fuel automated decisioning and increase operational efficiency, all of which will result in MicroBilt delivering more value to their customers.

MicroBilt plans to incorporate Qsent’s Contact Accuracy Service into their flagship product, CreditCommander.com for companies to verify contact information (name, address and phone number) on applications in a pre-screening verification environment as well as to verify trade and bank reference phone numbers on application submissions. Verifying contact information of applicants and references prior to a credit check and throughout the underwriting process reduces potential problems and opens opportunities to know the customer better. Identity risk can be more closely managed, important decisioning information can be added and effective verification ensures all downstream processes ? credit checks, references, billing, and ongoing outreach ? benefit from accurate and complete contact information for the individual.

“By adding Qsent’s precise contact information designed for identity validation, MicroBilt will provide customers with additional verification tools that manage risk and avoid financial loss,” states Ken Hill, President of MicroBilt Corporation.

CreditCommander.com increases companies’ credit productivity by intelligently automating the process. But working off of inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information can slow the process, require additional review or impact the effectiveness of the system. Qsent Contact Accuracy Services, integrated as an automated, real-time feed to CreditCommander.com, ensures that all contact information in a customer application is complete and accurate ? including information for the applicant, references or employers. The pay-off for this integration will come in the form of reduced risk, faster decisions and less operational overhead.

According to Steve Seminario, Qsent Vice-President of Product Marketing, “While many factors go into MicroBilt’s sophisticated decisioning application, accurate contact information is fundamental to helping facilitate quick decisions, reduce errors, ensure accurate billing and help authenticate prospects. We are enthusiastically working with MicroBilt to deliver those benefits.”
