I would like to formally welcome everyone to the DECA Healthcare blog, Bottom-line Results Matter. While a lot of other blog titles out there might be more clever or catchy, let’s face it – we all need to pay attention to our organizations’ bottom-lines in order to survive – so yes, bottom-line results do matter.

DECA prides itself on using analytics to drive a successful bad debt collection program for our healthcare clients. In today’s economy, knowing who your potential payers are, where to locate them, and how to reach them is as important as ever. Our collection methodologies and execution are often referred to by our clients as first-class.

Our goal in developing the DECA Healthcare blog is to educate our provider audience on successful tools they can benefit from in an ever-increasing self-pay market. Content ranging from analytics and strategies behind placement techniques to trends in payer habits are all topics we plan to discuss in upcoming posts.
