Morgan Stanley won’t buy more non-performing loans in China because prices are too high, said the head of the U.S. investment bank’s China property arm.


Morgan Stanley was among the foreign investment banks that bought bad debts from China’s lenders, which are struggling under a pile of non-performing loans totalling about $126 billion.
