Columbia Ultimate, the leader in full-service collections management solutions, is rebranding its entire line of ancillary products and services to enhance recognition and help customers readily identify its products and services.


Developed over time during the company?s 21-year history, these products and services have now been renamed to begin with the initials CU – pronounced “cue” – to unify and integrate the product line under a new ?CU?Family? heading. They are compatible with Columbia Ultimate?s core collections systems, including The Collector?s System® and Ajent™.


Telephony products selected to join the CU?Family line include the Quantum IIi integrated dialer system, now called CU?Converse™, the Quantum IVR interactive voice response system, now called CU?Interact™, and the Quantum DMS dialer management system, now called CU?Sync™. Together, these products and services give the company?s collection customers completely integrated, state-of-the-art call center management hardware and software. Also included among those products affected by this change are Columbia Ultimate?s line of data management and letter outsourcing services, formerly marketed under the Immedia® name.
