PSC Info Group COO Named to Pitney Bowes Advisory Board

Edward Horowitz, chief operating officer of Valley Forge, Pa.-based PSC Info Group, has been named to the Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies Customer Advisory Board. The board is composed of select Pitney Bowes customers in the company’s Document Messaging Technologies business group, which provides customer communications solutions for high-volume mail and digital output customers. PSC Info Group is a national provider of innovative, technology-enabled solutions and proven revenue acceleration tools to streamline the collection of consumer payments.

The Document Messaging Technologies Customer Advisory Board serves as a forum for Pitney Bowes to communicate with customers regarding its vision for its products, services and solutions; provide early insight into plans and strategies in order to help shape direction; and share best practices and exchange business-building ideas.

As COO of PSC Info Group, Horowitz oversees the company’s IT and customer service operations and has direct responsibility for production facilities in Valley Forge, Pa., and Reno, Nev. He also has dotted line responsibilities for the company’s sales and finance functions. Each year, PSC generates approximately a half billion communications on behalf of customers in the accounts receivable management, credit and collections, healthcare, cable/telecom, utility, financial services, publishing and government sectors.

Prior to joining PSC, Horowitz served as senior vice president of operations for Direct Group, a large direct mail and fulfillment company that mailed 1.5 billion packages per year. His responsibilities there included finance, direct mail and fulfillment operations. From 2005 to 2007, Horowitz served on the board of Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association.
