ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA), will hold its annual Fall Forum, Nov. 12-14, 2007, at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tenn. With the theme “Opportunity Rocks,” this year’s forum will feature three specialized tracks from ACA’s industry-specific collection markets.

Fall Forum 2007 is a unique opportunity for industry professionals to learn more about their market as well as other industry segments. “This day-and-a-half conference conveniently brings together professionals in a variety of markets to share their expertise, network with colleagues and build on new opportunities for success,” said ACA Chief Executive Officer Gary Rippentrop. Attendees may participate in any of the sessions offered within the specified tracks:

– Asset Buyers Division (ABD). This year’s ABD track features a keynote address by iQor CEO Vikas Kapoor on industry trends and new opportunities in the debt buying sector. A panel discussion will bring together creditors and resellers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network, make deals and check out the newest products and services offered by exhibitors.

– Government Services Program (GSP). Programming for the GSP track will take attendees through the government procurement process and recap the Federal Trade Commission’s October workshop on debt collection practices. A review of data security requirements and an exploration of the student loan collection market are also important topics for attendees looking to build on their expertise in managing government receivables.

– Healthcare Services Program (HSP). Current trends in healthcare receivables make this year’s HSP track a must-attend for industry veterans and new market entrants alike. Sessions include: Understanding the Hospital Revenue Cycle, Healthcare Debt Buying, Overseas Outsourcing, State Initiatives Impacting Healthcare, Transparency in Healthcare and Organizing, Managing and Focusing your Sales Operation.

Fall Forum is open to members and nonmembers of ACA. Discounts are provided for registrations made before Sept. 29.
