How much do you know about credit cards and how they can affect your personal finances?
Not as much as you might think, says Jill Miles of the West Virginia attorney general’s consumer protection division. That’s why the Attorney General’s Office has been conducting seminars across the state to educate the public about the credit card industry and the laws that govern it.
