The CAPG is a dedicated team of attorneys and support professionals providing comprehensive default and legal services to collection agencies and companies with commercial accounts. Services include, but are not limited to: arbitration, bankruptcy, collateral recovery, contract review, litigation & defense, pre and post-judgment collections, probate recovery and registering foreign judgments.

Jim Kozelek, CAPG Director, and Joseph McGreevy, CAPG Collection Manager, head the expanded CAPG.  Mr. Kozelek states, “It’s exciting to see our group grow.
