eCollectionletters.com, a division of Pacific Southwest Credit, announced today the company joined with software development company VivánTech to provide web-based automation tools for the online collection agency website. The newest tool, Bulk Upload, will allow credit departments to send and manage large volumes of collection letters.

PS Credit President, Greg Garner, said, “By integrating our state of the art letter series system with in house account receivables we will enable seamless collection letter generation and management without the need of additional data entry. This will speed up the collection process and improve cash flow.”

VivánTech’s President and CEO, Randy Ozden, said, “By providing seamless integration between eCollectionletters.com and companies accounts receivable systems, organizations will be able to send out demand letters expeditiously and recover debt before resorting to actual agent-based collections.”

eCollectionletters.com allows companies to recover debt in a completely automated fashion with an easy to use web based system for $15 or less. Each collection letter sent is printed on a letterhead from Pacific Southwest Credit Association, leveraging the experience of an agency operating since 1896 and providing the most competitive contingency rates in the industry.
