Robert Dunham began his career in collections as a skip tracer in 1987. After 1 month on the phone skip tracing he was moved into a collector position. After collecting for a couple of years, Robert was moved into management. He continued to advance in management until assigned to Agency Manager at Associated Bureaus, Inc. otherwise known in the industry as Credit Converters.

Robert established RMS in January 1996. Currently RMS services national portfolios for both creditors and debt buyers. In March 2003, RMS purchased the old Associated Bureaus building. With this move, RMS is in a position to grow its collection staff to 200+ collectors by March 2004.

Receivables Management Solutions, Inc.
Since 1996, RMS has grown from a 5 collector shop into an agency employing over 150 collectors. That growth is a direct result of the quality collector and management teams RMS has built. Collectors enjoy the unlimited commission opportunity that can be earned each month. By paying the staff based on client fee dollars collected, RMS employees work all accounts to produce client liquidations that set the standard for other agencies to match.

RMS is a contingency fee collections agency. RMS believes a company should find its niche and keep the focus on one thing. We keep operations simple. CLient satisfaction is the one and only concern each hour of every day.

"All the right things, for all the right reasons." It is this motto that RMS applies to the daily tasks that provide superior results and service our clients enjoy. The RMS management team oversees the daily operation with a hands-on approach. It is honesty, loyalty and commitment that are the backbone to the success RMS has enjoyed.
