I.C. System Maintains Certified Agency Designation through ACA International

I.C. System successfully passed a third-party audit to maintain its status as a Certified Agency through ACA’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) program. The audit confirms I.C. System?s continued adherence to practices that promote ethically responsible and legally compliant organizations. I.C. System became certified in 2002 and was among the first 10 agencies worldwide to be recognized by ACA for completing the highly regarded program.

Certified agencies have been thoroughly reviewed to ensure compliance with the program’s many business-activity and management-related requirements. Agencies must excel in 17 areas for promoting client satisfaction, such as: Control of Client & Customer Supplied Data, Data Identification & Traceability, Internal Management Audits, Training, and Process & Client Satisfaction Measurements.
