ConServe, a leading provider of accounts receivable management services headquartered in Fairport, New York, has announced it is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Founded in September 1985 by president Mark E. Davitt, ConServe has become an industry leader in diverse markets to include higher education, banking and finance, and other markets, with more than 400 clients and nearly 200 employees.

The company’s anniversary year has been full of milestones. Recently, ConServe completed its move to a new facility in Fairport, NY, just outside of Rochester. This new headquarters and call center is amply capable of accommodating anticipated growth expected in the next several quarters.

Also this year, ConServe began nationwide collection efforts for the U.S. Department of Education?s (ED) office of Federal Student Aid. ConServe is one of only five agencies collecting defaulted student loans for ED as a part of their set aside program. ConServe was selected due to its experience collecting large volumes of defaulted debt nationally and its proven track record of performance, confirmed by ED’s rigorous reference-verification process.

Commenting on the anniversary and on the Company’s many milestones during this historic year, Mark E. Davitt said, “Our emphasis on several core values has made the Company what it is today. Teamwork, integrity, results, and professionalism are just a few of the principals that drive our efforts for clients. I’m proud our team continues to demonstrate these values, and that our clients validate this commitment to them by choosing us for their needs.”
