Executive Change: RMI Appoints Manager of Recovery Services

RMI Consulting LLC (RMI) is pleased to announce the addition of Carolyn Y. Sauls to the company’s Management Team. Carolyn will serve as Manager of Recovery Services and will work out of RMI’s Philadelphia, PA branch.

Prior to joining RMI, Mrs. Sauls held various collections/supervisory positions for NCO at their corporate headquarters in Fort Washington, PA for over 20 years.

Marc Davenport, President of RMI stated “Carolyn is a highly skilled manager with more than twenty-six years of experience in debt collection, customer communication and inbound/outbound communications. Moreover Carolyn brings to the table over twenty years experience in team building and has outstanding problem solving, strategic planning, and team strategy development skills.” We are thrilled to add someone with her experience and diverse skill set to our management team.

Carolyn’s primary focus will be to further analyze, develop and strengthen RMI’s commercial collection policy and procedures. Carolyn will also be responsible for establishing revenue standards, training and maintaining compliance standards.
