TeleTech Government Solutions, LLC announced today that it has launched a program for a U.S. federal government agency to assist in hurricane relief efforts for 28 days, extendable at the government’s option. The disaster assistance facilities are located throughout the United States including Birmingham, AL; Deland, FL; Enfield, CT; North Hollywood, CA; San Diego, CA; and Sergeant Bluff, IA.

TeleTech Government Solutions was awarded the contract under a competitive bid process issued through the General Services Administration (GSA). TeleTech Government Solutions was selected for the relief efforts based on its demonstrated ability to deliver a complete solution.


TeleTech Government Solutions teamed with the GSA to rapidly respond to the requirements of the agency for disaster assistance facilities. The program was live within a week, and scaled to 2,000 workstations and 4,000 employees within two weeks. The employees manage the accurate and efficient registration of inbound telephone claims to facilitate the registration process for individuals and businesses seeking hurricane relief.
