I.C. System is pleased to announce that Bill DeBacker has joined the company as Vice President of Communications.  Mr. DeBacker is responsible for the overall strategies, new business development, and operations of the Communications Division.

System’s President and CEO.  “Bill is very knowledgeable of the issues facing communication companies and he fully realizes how our services lead to improved, bottom-line results.  I expect his addition to significantly benefit our clients.”

Mr. DeBacker possesses a wealth of executive and management-level experience in the telecommunications, wireless, and cable industries.  His primary areas of expertise include management, operations, and strategic planning for business-to-consumer, business-to-business, and business-to-public sector markets.  Mr. DeBacker’s experience includes being Vice President with full P&L responsibility for a wireless messaging company.  He has also held senior-management positions within two cable TV companies.  Additionally, he was a principal of a consulting company and provided management and business start-up and turnaround guidance in several industries, including telecommunications and media.
