Martin completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. His degrees are in Management Information Systems. A strong emphasis on business, mathematics, computer sciences, and statistics prepared him well for the roles at Marlin Holdings.

In his first years at Marlin Holdings, Martin was the technical lead for CR Software in developing the nations leading collections software, the Collection Resource System. Via many of his efforts, not only has Marlin benefited by having a strong system to collect debts but his contributions to the evaluation and analysis of portfolios has been invaluable.

The tools have been developed and now Martin is in the process of refining the collection process. Being one of the largest debt purchasers in the country has brought on the need for quality outsourcing. The management of this process is now a primary focus as well as leading the company to not only new markets in the US but all over the world in both the debt purchase and the collection software industries.
