Through this website, debtors can create a secure login, view a real-time account statement, make arrangements to make regular payments by several means including Direct Debit, they can request payment reminders via text message and/or email, they can send through queries and receive secure replies direct into their account inbox, they can view FAQ’s tailored to their specific account and make online payments via debit or credit card which are processed immediately.

Security was at the forefront of the design and utilises several innovative approaches. Several Fredrickson clients have conducted their own independent security assessments including full scale attack and penetration tests. The site was rated highly secure. The site is fully integrated into the Fredrickson back-office system, as such, accounts are updated automatically on the fly with the information entered and payments processed.


After the successful launch, Fredrickson are now rebranding the payment processing component for several clients to enable them to offer an online payment solution via their own website.
