Ed has been with Windham Professionals since 1994. He is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of collections, operations and information systems. His commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards is evident in the staff of Collection and Account Managers who work with Windham and the high recovery rates those representatives achieve.
Ed graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences. He is a member of the Sandler Sales Institute President’s Club and has completed several FDCPA Collector Certification and Compliance Training Programs.
