Gail C. Hersh, Jr., an associate in the Real Estate Default Group of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR ) located in Cincinnati was named Vice-Chairman of the Real Property Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association (CBA).

The CBA has 28 practice area committees that offer members the opportunity to build skills, meet other practitioners, exchange information and ideas about particular areas of practice and share professional accomplishments and frustrations. The Real Property Law Committee is one of the largest with more than 235 members who meet on a monthly basis at the CBA. It is a forum for continuing education, exchanging of ideas and addressing concerns and challenges in the area of real property law. During his two-year term, Mr. Hersh’s responsibilities involve arranging speakers for monthly meetings, organizing CLE events, working with the committee’s other officers to set goals and objectives, and handling the responsibilities of the Chair when absent.

Gail C. Hersh, Jr., earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1991 and his B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College in 1987. A member of the Cincinnati and Kentucky Bar Associations, Mr. Hersh is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. He is also licensed to sell title insurance in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Mr. Hersh is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Eastern District of KY & Southern District of OH). Mr. Hersh recently finished a term as Secretary for the Cincinnati Bar Association (CBA) Real Estate Committee, is currently a Section Reporter for foreclosure practitioners of the CBA Real Property Law Committee, and is actively involved in ProKids of Cincinnati (recently served as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate). He provides educational seminars for clients and CLE credits on various real estate matters.
