H & R Accounts, Inc., a national healthcare receivables management firm headquartered in Moline, Ill., has named Timothy Whalen, Chief Operating Officer.

Whalen will be responsible for the oversight of all operating divisions of H & R Accounts, including its outsourcing units, MedPay Management Systems and Preferred Medical Deposit, as well as the company’s collection operations. He will also work closely with Mark Einck, Chief Business Development Officer, and Moises Eilemberg, President, in implementing the Company’s strategy going forward.

Kaulkin Ginsberg initiated this introduction in partnership with leading ARM executive search firm Executive Alliance, a privately owned, national recruitment firm focusing on the credit, collections, call center and financial services industries.

Whalen has 15 years of experience in senior management, operating and strategic roles in the business services and receivables management industries. He comes to H & R Accounts from Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (OSI), where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and was responsible for 20 operating centers, in addition to long-range strategic planning and unit profitability. Prior to that, he was President of Transworld Systems, Inc., in Rohnert Park, Calif.
