Executive Bio: Dorenda K. Weaver

Dorenda Weaver is executive vice president and chief accounting officer, and serves on the management committee.

Dorenda Weaver is executive vice president, chief accounting officer and controller, and serves on the management committee. Weaver is responsible for financial management, accounting, reporting, analysis and planning for TSYS and its subsidiaries. She provides leadership and direction to the financial support staff and management team. As a TSYS employee since l985, Weaver has held numerous positions, including management associate, assistant controller, controller and tax manager.

A graduate of Columbus State University with a degree in accounting, Weaver also holds a master’s degree from Troy State University, is certified as a public accountant and a graduate of the ABA National School of Bank Card Management.
