Vengroff, Williams & Associates (VWA), a leading provider of receivable management and business process outsourcing solutions with more than 3000 worldwide customers, today announced that it has received the Disney Europe Supplier Excellence Award in London. The award is given to suppliers of Disney, such as VWA, who create substantial added value as a partner. The award signified the outstanding contribution that VWA has made to Disney Europe in the specific areas:

  • Order to Cash in the supply chain 
  • Minimize costs and credit risks 
  • Leverage SAP and VWA technology to eliminate manual transactions and automate BPO 

VWA has been working as an outsourcing partner with Disney Europe for 4 years across 11 European countries with a staff of 45 persons responsible for all facets of the business process and IT developments as related to credit operations.

Receiving the Disney Europe Supplier Excellence Award on behalf of VWA was Paulette Martin and Steve Menozzi. Ms. Martin, European Business Support Director, has been working on the Disney account for 4 years and is a member of the Disney SAP Governance Board responsible for all business process and IT development within the SAP FICO and OTC models and is accountable for Policy and Audit compliance, management training and development. Mr. Menozzi has been Client Service Director for two years and oversees the VWA management pool of talent servicing Disney throughout 11 European countries.
