On Feb. 10, 2014, ACA International held an online seminar briefing exclusively for state attorneys general staff. The one-hour event, which attracted more than 30 attendees provided details and background information on the TCPA petition ACA recently filed with the Federal Communications Commission. The briefing concluded with a questions and answer session and discussion of anticipated next steps and possible timeframe for FCC activity.

Conducting the briefing was Rob Föehl, vice president and general counsel of ACA and Monica Desai, partner with the law firm of Patton Boggs.

This briefing is part of ACA’s ongoing efforts to educate state regulators on issues important to the industry at both the state and federal levels.
