PAUL, Minn. — CenterPoint Legal Solutions is pleased to announce that Shannon Battani has been promoted to Vice President, Compliance and Servicer Oversight. “Shannon has been a catalyst to CenterPoint’s legal network success over the last year, demonstrating tremendous leadership across all internal and external teams. We look forward to Shannon bringing that same leadership and steadfastness to CenterPoint’s continually evolving compliance initiatives,” said President Aaron Rose.  “I am very excited to join such a strong compliance team.  They have built a comprehensive compliance structure over the last several years and I look forward to using my compliance background to further build on that,” said Battani.

Prior to joining CenterPoint Legal Solutions as Director of Legal Network, Shannon Battani had been in the ARM industry for 19 years and was formally at Asset Acceptance LLC, which was a leading publically traded debt buyer. Ms. Battani held several roles at Asset Acceptance spanning over an 18 year time period which included Management roles overseeing the In-house pre & post judgment legal teams, Bankruptcy and Probate teams as well as spending multiple years overseeing its Legal Network. Ms. Battani’s accomplishments during her time with Asset Acceptance included setting up and creating its arbitration department, opening and setting up new legal offices, and several successful system conversions. Ms. Battani has been in the collection industry since 1996.
