GENESEO, N.Y. -- Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) has recently promoted Tara Bailey to Senior Director of Operations and has hired Diana Day as National Account Executive. Ms. Bailey will be managing the company’s Elma, NY office and Ms. Day will be working from her office in Russellville, OH. The staffing changes are a result of the employees’ experience and exemplary success, as well as the company’s significant growth over the past year. 

Ms. Bailey started with Coast in 2010 as a Consumer Care Representative and continually advanced her career, which led to her recent promotion to Senior Director of Operations. In her new role, she will be responsible for the continued top performance on our federal government contracts at the Elma, NY office. She brings more than 15 years of defaulted loan resolution experience and has consistently demonstrated her detailed understanding of the company’s mission, her knowledge of organizational best practices, and strategic operations management. Through her time with Coast, Ms. Bailey has helped maintain the company’s outstanding results. Ms. Bailey resides in Warsaw, NY. 

Ms. Day started with Coast in May 2019 and was brought to help establish the company’s newest business lines. She has more than 19 years of government relations and sales experience. In her new role, Ms. Day will be responsible for the management and implementation of new government relations and contracts across the United States. She has significant experience in sales, marketing, and client service for accounts receivable management companies. Ms. Day resides in Russellville, OH.
