Leading Kazakh banks have launched the country’s first credit information bureau to cut costs and lower the risk of consumer and small business lending, the banks said late on Tuesday.
Retail banking in the Central Asian state has grown rapidly in the last few years on the back of a booming economy buoyed by high oil prices.
