District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis announced last week that nine people from San Diego were indicted in a $2 million medical billing scam, according to local TV station KFMB – News 8.
The charges against the defendants included tax evasion, caping and a fraudulent billing scheme involving a medical clinic.
