Glen Carbon, IL – Service Exchange Network, LLC (SEN) and Database Services, Inc (DBS) today announced the availability of the network integration interface between SEN’s Serve-X and DBS’s Process Server’s Toolbox (PST). Serve-X is an intelligent network integration program that interfaces litigation software to process serving software. Database Services, Inc. currently has over 700 Process Servers nationwide that are connected to their PST network.

The interface between Serve-X and PST allows Law Firms to exchange data and documents to multiple clients of Database Services, Inc. on the PST network. The interface reduces manual data entry and associated errors for both the Attorney and Process Servers.

The interface also transmits comments, status updates, court documents, proofs of service and invoices to each of the software systems. In addition, the interface significantly reduces phone calls, emails, web inquires, postal expenses, scanning and faxing that drastically decreases the time related to individual case loads up to 50%.

“Database Services has been providing software and support to process servers since 1988 and trading data and documents between process servers since 2001. With the Serve-X data exchange in place, we are able to link the largest connected group of process servers in the world to the ever-growing world of Serve-X law firms and litigation software companies. The Serve-X team has been a pleasure to work with and the data trading has been as smooth and error-free as anything we’ve ever seen. I’m quite sure that this partnership will be good for the long term growth of our customers”, said Bob Musser, President of Database Services, Inc.

“We are excited about the alliance with Bob Musser and his staff at Database Services, Inc. along with the opportunity to reach such a vast market of the Process Serving industry through this network integration. Service Exchange Network, LLC understands that, especially in today’s economy, companies need to collect more with limited resources. Using the Serve-X network interface Attorneys and PST clients are electronically exchanging data and documents from their own software environment providing both industries technology to increase client services while lowering administrative costs”., said Greg Kellerman, President of Service Exchange Network, LLC.
