Executive Change: Gregory Paulo Promoted at Redline Recovery

ULQ, LLC and its subsidiary, Redline Recovery Services, LLC are pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory Paulo to the office of President.

Mr. Paulo brings extensive industry experience and customer relationships with his previous Executive Sales positions with Trans Union, Equifax Risk Management Services, and RMA. Additionally, Mr. Paulo, during his tenure with ULQ, LLC – Redline Recovery Services, LLC has proven his operational expertise by successfully managing multiple critical line functions.

ULQ, LLC and Redline Recovery Services experienced significant growth in 2006. "We expect 2007 to be a very exciting year for our organization," Mr. Paulo says. "We will continue to invest in our operational infrastructure, open a forth site and explore near-shore capabilities."

ULQ, LLC, was formed in April 2003 to take advantage of current opportunities in the receivables management industry. Consumer debt is at record levels, and credit grantors are looking for innovative solutions to manage their receivables. ULQ, LLC is designed to be a holding company for separate entities each pursuing strategic, industry specific or single client opportunities in the accounts receivable industry. ULQ, LLC manages all back office functions to enable call center management to focus entirely on receivables management.

Redline Recovery Services, LLC (Redline) a subsidiary of ULQ, LLC. Redline is focused on reducing risks and improving returns through innovation. Redline currently manages two domestic call centers, Houston, Texas; Getzville, New York, and is planning on opening a third center sometime during 2007. Redline specializes in Bankcard, Telco, and Auto Deficiency recoveries.
