Industry veteran announces formation of new Commercial Collection Agency.

With more than 23 years of experience in the ARM industry, Steve Shaver is proud to announce the opening of Delinquent Debt Recovery, LLC, dba “DDR Collects!”

His marketing plan includes targeting small to medium sized commercial credit grantors whose needs are usually underserved by the large, national agencies.

“This is about going back to my roots in this business,” said Shaver. “One of my first jobs as a collector was working a commercial desk, and even after all of my years of experience working in high-volume, large call centers, I feel right at home picking up the phone and resolving a debt with another business owner.”
