TAMPA, Fla.-based ProVest, a national process server management company dedicated to improving the default servicing industry, announced that it has expanded its Illinois office to meet industry need for continued support. The office, located at 977 North Oaklawn in Elmhurst, Ill., is adding 3,000 square feet in addition to its 2007 expansion when it doubled its space.

“ProVest is dedicated to delivering reliable, accurate and timely information to improve the foreclosure industry and help push through the nation’s mortgage crisis,” said Scott Strady, CEO of ProVest. “This is evidenced through the continuing expansion of our regional offices, such as Illinois. We are available to assist whenever and wherever papers need to be served.”

According to RealtyTrac, Illinois’ foreclosure activity in February was 32 percent higher than a year ago. The state is experiencing foreclosure filings in one of every 587 households. ProVest’s Illinois office has a staff of 83 full time employees and handles nearly 5,000 new filings each month.

“ProVest is helping Illinois increase the efficiency of the servicing process and maximize loss mitigation results through its borrower location program,” explained Fred Zakula, vice president at ProVest. ”We have seen a dramatic increase of new cases and our business flow from existing clients is growing as we continue to provide quality service.”

In addition to its Illinois office, Tampa-based ProVest also has offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; Columbia and Charleston, S.C.; Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo, Ohio; Dallas; Long Island, N.Y, and Oklahoma City, Okla. The company continues to expand to meet the continually increasing default industry needs, and will continue to add new branches in the near future.
